Your body data should be handled with care.
This page explains what BodyTalks collects, why we collect it, and the limits of our free tools and clinical content.
What We Collect
When you use Body Check, posture analysis, patient portal, payment links, or booking flows, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, email address, and appointment preferences.
- Your answers about pain area, duration, severity, posture, movement, goals, and relevant history.
- Photos or videos you choose to upload for posture or gait screening.
- Clinical notes, exercise plans, billing details, and progress ratings created during care.
How We Use It
We use this information to send your report, recommend a home program, follow up on your case, prepare for your clinic visit, maintain patient records, and improve the BodyTalks experience.
Photos & Scans
Photo and video tools estimate visible posture and movement patterns. They can miss context, pain drivers, medical history, neurological signs, and tissue quality. A hands-on clinical assessment is still the standard for treatment decisions.
Storage & Sharing
BodyTalks may use clinic systems, Google Forms/Sheets, Cloudflare services, calendar links, WhatsApp, and payment apps to run the service. We do not sell your personal data. We only share information when needed to provide care, manage bookings/payments, comply with law, or with your consent.
Your Choices
You can ask us to correct, export, or delete your non-essential data. Some clinical and billing records may need to be retained where required for care continuity or legal/accounting reasons.
